We provide Online Business Management services, including but not limited to digital operations, automation, and workflow strategy. We ensure that our service descriptions are clear to avoid any customer confusion or disputes.
3. Pricing and Purchase Currency
All prices listed on our website are in USD ($). The currency is clearly indicated with each service or product price to support international purchasers and avoid confusion.
4. Payment Terms
All OBM services start at $1,500/month, and custom projects or services will be billed according to the specific agreement made with the client. Payment terms, including due dates and applicable fees, will be outlined in the service agreement. We accept payments through secure platforms, including Stripe, and comply with PCI standards for payment processing.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. Custom projects are non-refundable after the project has commenced unless agreed otherwise in the service contract.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
Subscriptions: Subscription services can be canceled according to the terms stated in the service agreement.
6. Shipping and Delivery (For Digital Services)
Since we provide digital services and consulting, there are no shipping or physical delivery obligations. All deliverables are shared electronically, and timelines are set and agreed upon in client contracts. In case of any delay or issue with deliverables, clients will be notified promptly.

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, and clients assume responsibility for the results of implementing the systems and recommendations provided by us.
15. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Henderson, Nevada.
